Windows Update users can run Windows Update and select to install optional updates, which will download and install these components for you. If you do not use Windows Update you can obtain the proper versions by visiting Microsoft.com or a third party site called Software Patch. Make sure that you obtain the latest build of DirectX 9.0C and .NET 2.0
3. I use Windows Vista
Windows Vista is shipped with DirectX 10 and .NET 3.0, and will run Skill City just fine. However during installation you will need to be logged in as an administrator. You can also right-click the Setup file and choose "Run as Administrator" from the menu.
